“Can Poland's dominant pay-by-link PSP evolve into a full commerce platform spanning online, POS, cross-border FX and embedded SMB lending?”
Founded 2004 in Poznań as DialCom24, Przelewy24 grew into Poland's largest online payment operator, supporting pay-by-link transfers from all major Polish banks plus BLIK, cards, and wallets. Acquired by Nets in 2017 and subsequently rolled into Nexi Group, it consolidated Polish payments through the 2020 merger with Dotpay and eCard under holding entity PayPro S.A. Today it operates as a licensed Polish payment institution and is expanding beyond acquiring into embedded lending (Przelewy24 Finance with PragmaGO) and omnichannel POS via sister brand Polskie ePłatności.
