The story

point.me began in 2019 as a consumer concierge for award flights — manual searches productized into a real-time, 150+ program search engine at February 2022 launch. Enterprise partnerships with Amex and Bilt in 2024 proved banks and card issuers would pay to embed the booking stack. The 2025 launch of point.me Gateway formalizes the pivot from DTC-only to embedded loyalty infrastructure, selling white-labeled travel-redemption search to financial institutions.
