The story

Founded 2012 in a Leicester garage by William Brandham as a clinic CRM (originally 'Webbier CRM'). Bootstrapped throughout — no external funding. Built out an all-in-one vertical SaaS for medical aesthetics, med spas, and private-practice healthcare, adding payments (Pabau Pay via Stripe Connect), Klarna BNPL, and Xero accounting sync. The 2023–2025 phase pivoted the product to Pabau 2 with AI (Scribe, letters, prescribing agents) and geographic expansion into the US, Middle East, and APAC.
