The story

Pabau began in 2012 as a UK clinic management CRM (originally named 'Webbier CRM'). Bootstrapped throughout its history, it grew organically to serve 3,500+ clinics across ~40 countries by 2025. The company made a major bet in 2020–2023 by rebuilding the entire product ('Pabau 2') from scratch, then layered in AI (Pabau Scribe, prescribing agent, letters agent) and embedded payments (Pabau Pay via Stripe, Klarna BNPL) to become a full clinical + financial operating system for aesthetics, wellness, and medical practices.
