The story

Founded as Negotiatus in 2016 as a B2B procurement workflow tool, the company rebranded to Order.co in 2022 to reposition as a guided B2B marketplace combining procurement, AP, and spend management. The embedded finance layer — virtual cards through Lithic + Patriot Bank, ACH/card processing through Stripe, bank linking via Plaid, plus working-capital financing — was layered on top of the procurement workflow to monetize transaction flow alongside SaaS subscription.
