Mews

Can a hospitality PMS become the financial OS for hotels — owning payments, financing, and multi-currency FX as regulated infrastructure rather than integrations?

The story

Mews began as a cloud-native PMS for independent hotels in Prague in 2012 and expanded into an operating system spanning PMS, POS (via Bizzon acquisition), and embedded payments. The strategic pivot has been from pure software into embedded finance — adding Mews Payments, Multicurrency, and a YouLend-powered financing product — with 2026 marking a decisive step by obtaining an EEA e-money license, making Mews itself a regulated payments entity rather than merely an integrator.
