The story

Founded 2015 as a restaurant back-office SaaS focused on invoice digitization, food costs, and inventory. Deepened into workflow with Bill Pay (AP automation for restaurants), then added embedded finance in 2024–2026 with a Mastercard partnership and the launch of the MarginEdge Commercial Charge Card (issued by Patriot Bank) and MarginEdge Funding, a vendor-invoice financing product. The strategic direction is clear: extend from operations analytics into the money movement layer of independent restaurants.
