The story

Founded 2001 as Infusionsoft, an email marketing and sales automation platform for small businesses. Rebranded to Keap in 2019 to emphasize CRM and small-business automation more broadly. Embedded payments became core in 2020 with the Stripe partnership, turning Keap from a 'help SMBs win customers' tool into a system that also moves cash via invoices and order forms. Eventually acquired by Thryv Holdings.
