Fixflo started in 2013 as a picture-based tenant repair-reporting tool for UK lettings agents, then expanded into block management, build-to-rent, social housing, student accommodation and commercial CAFM — becoming the UK-market-standard property maintenance software with 1.6M+ units under management. It has since been acquired by German property-software group Aareon, and is now pushing into AI (Aidenn) for repair triage and fire-risk compliance rather than into embedded financial services.
