The story

Founded in 2018 as a pure-play MPC custody and secure transfer infrastructure provider for institutional crypto traders and banks, Fireblocks progressively expanded from custody into a full digital asset and stablecoin operations platform. By 2023–2024, it moved beyond institutional vault management into embedded wallets and consumer-app infrastructure (via the Dynamic acquisition), and by 2025 it repositioned as a stablecoin payments orchestration platform targeting PSPs, remittance providers and global banks. The company now sits at the intersection of crypto custody, stablecoin infrastructure, and embedded finance — enabling clients to move, hold, issue and manage stablecoins at scale.
