The story

FieldPulse started in 2015 as an operational SaaS for trade contractors (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door). After a $21M Series B in 2024 and $50M Series C in 2025, the company is aggressively layering embedded finance on top of the core FSM product: a native in-house payments processor (FieldPulse Payments) replacing legacy partner processors, FieldPulse Capital for merchant funding, and Acorn Finance for consumer point-of-sale financing. The strategic direction is to become the financial OS for residential trade businesses, capturing payments spread and lending economics on top of subscription revenue.
