Founded 2007 as INET Portals, a custom software shop for aesthetics-industry clients (particularly laser hair removal). Pivoted into vertical SaaS with the AestheticsPro medspa platform, adding cloud EMR to differentiate from generic salon-booking tools. Recent moves are toward becoming the operational and financial system-of-record for medspas: AP Payments (2025) brought payment processing in-house alongside the existing Gravity Payments / Worldpay integrations, and the Kai AI Suite (2026) added embedded AI agents.
