The story
Vox AI is a conversational voice AI platform purpose-built for quick-service restaurant (QSR) drive-thrus and operations automation, headquartered in Amsterdam (Vox AI B.V.). In December 2025 it extended from pure voice ordering into embedded payments by partnering with Adyen to launch Vox AI Pay, allowing card payments to be taken directly at the drive-thru speaker post — a move that pulls Vox AI into the embedded-finance stack of the QSR vertical.
