Visible started as a founder-facing tool for sending structured investor updates to help startups maintain transparency with their backers. Over time, the platform expanded to cover the full fundraising workflow — data rooms, pitch decks, CRM pipelines, and an investor database — positioning itself as an all-in-one investor relations OS for startup founders. More recently, Visible added an investor-side product with AI-powered portfolio monitoring, LP reporting, and an MCP server, evolving from a founder communication tool into a two-sided private markets data platform.
