Founded 2019 by former food-manufacturing operators (Jordan Rose) and a career software engineer (Jarred Kenny) to replace the spreadsheets/paper/legacy-ERP stack used by small and mid-sized food and beverage producers. Positioned as a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) with traceability, inventory, and smart hardware integration. In 2025-2026 the product pivoted its narrative toward an 'AI Operating System' for SMB food manufacturers, layering agentic planning and forecasting on top of the core traceability platform, and launched a partner ecosystem to connect with accounting/ERP systems.
