The story

Tpay is the consumer-facing brand of Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A. (KIP), a licensed National Payment Institution regulated by Poland's KNF. The company started as a Polish e-commerce payment aggregator, offering Pay-By-Link bank transfers (Przelewy24-style), card acquiring, and BLIK. It has since expanded into embedded finance by adding revenue-based lending for its merchant base via a YouLend partnership, and B2C BNPL/installment products for payers. Its strategic positioning is as a full-stack Polish payments infrastructure provider with embedded capital for SME merchants.
