The story
Founded 2006 as a branchless credit-card-focused digital bank, TCS built one of the world's largest digital banks with a broad ecosystem — brokerage (T-Investments), SMB banking (T-Business), MVNO (T-Mobile), insurance (T-Insurance), and CloudPayments (acquired PSP). Post-2022 sanctions triggered forced ownership change (Interros) and a rebrand from Tinkoff to T-Bank. In 2025 Rosbank was merged into T-Bank, transforming the neobank into a full universal bank with physical branches.
