The story
Talentguide is a small, early-stage Belgian HR-tech SaaS founded in 2022 by SaaS entrepreneur Filip Tack (previously Nomadesk, Banqup, Unifly). The product is a skills-intelligence platform that ingests HRIS data, CVs, job descriptions and evaluations, uses AI to detect skills, and drives workforce planning, internal mobility, development plans and evaluations. It is a pure B2B SaaS play with no embedded finance in its product surface — the only 'money movement' is monthly credit card billing for its own subscription tiers.
