The story

Founded 2019 by Jinesh Vohra after his own mortgage payoff experience, Sprive launched publicly in October 2021 as an AI-powered mortgage overpayment app for UK homeowners. The product has since expanded from simple round-up overpayments into a 'Shop with Sprive' rewards engine — users buy e-gift cards from 1,000+ retailers and the cashback is routed as a mortgage overpayment to one of 14 supported UK lenders. Sprive operates as an FCA Appointed Representative of Connect IFA for mortgage broking and uses PrePay Technologies (PPS) for e-money and TrueLayer for open-banking payment initiation.
