The story
Founded 2017 as a digital corporate services company (incorporation, corporate secretary, accounting) targeting SMEs in Singapore and Hong Kong. Expanded the platform into a back-office operating system covering bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and visa services. The 2021 launch of Sleek Business Account and the 2022 MAS MPI license marked the pivot into embedded finance — Sleek now issues its own business account/cards and offers cross-border payments under its own MPI license, while also partnering with Airwallex and Aspire for premium banking tiers.
