Founded 2010 as an iOS-first job management app for trade contractors after the founders bought a locksmith business and struggled with paperwork. Deep Apple ecosystem bet (iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch, Tap to Pay on iPhone) differentiated it from competitors like Jobber and ServiceTitan.
