The story

Founded in 2019 as a fleet risk-management and fuel-card SaaS, RoadFlex built on top of Celtic Bank's Visa-licensed card-issuing infrastructure to target commercial fleets. Over time the product expanded from a narrowly-focused fuel card into an all-in-one company card and payments platform (RoadFlexONE™) covering spend controls, telematics integration, and automated financial reporting. The company remains venture-backed at the Seed stage and has stayed focused on the US commercial fleet vertical rather than pursuing horizontal expansion.
