The story

Founded 2013 as a chargeback-guarantee fraud-prevention vendor for ecommerce merchants. Expanded the product line into Adaptive Checkout, Policy Protect, Dispute Resolve, and Account Secure — moving from a single fraud-decisioning product to a full risk-intelligence platform spanning login, checkout, refunds, and returns. Went public on NYSE in 2021. More recently extending coverage from card payments into ACH (via Plaid) and adding AI-native decisioning, positioning Riskified as the risk layer for merchants regardless of payment rail.
