The story

Pinch Payments started in 2017 as an invoice payments automation tool tightly integrated with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks for Australian service businesses. It evolved into a payment facilitator serving 2,000+ merchants across Australia and New Zealand, and built Glassbox, a Payfac-as-a-Service offering for software platforms. In April 2025, Fiserv acquired the company to accelerate Clover expansion and embedded payments across APAC.
