The story
Founded 1985 as Ungerboeck, a venue and event management ERP for convention centers, stadiums, PACs and university campuses. After acquiring EventBooking, Priava, Showorks and WeTrack (2021), rebranded to Momentus Technologies in Jan 2023 to unify the portfolio. The strategic move toward embedded finance came in 2025 with Momentus Payments — an in-house processing product that turns the platform from software-only into a payment facilitator sitting on top of event AR workflows.
