Founded 1985 as Ungerboeck, a venue and event management ERP for convention centers, stadiums, PACs and university campuses. After acquiring EventBooking, Priava, Showorks and WeTrack (2021), rebranded to Momentus Technologies in Jan 2023 to unify the portfolio.
