The story

MaisMei was founded in 2020 as a mobile-first app helping Brazilian MEIs stay compliant with their CNPJ obligations — generating DAS payment guides, filing the annual DASN, and managing INSS benefits. Over time it layered on a partner marketplace to offer embedded banking, credit cards, and working-capital products from third parties (Santander, C6, Zippi), rather than operating its own BaaS stack. In February 2026 it was acquired by Visma, joining the same portfolio as Conta Azul, signaling consolidation of Brazilian SMB software under a global parent.
