The story

Lendica Corp. was founded in 2020 as an embedded lending platform for SMBs, offering vertical SaaS partners an API/widget (iBranch) to deliver PayLater (AP financing) and FundNow (AR financing) products. In 2026 the company adopted a Daylit d/b/a and expanded positioning toward an 'Accounts Receivable Intelligence Platform', bundling AI-driven AR workflows on top of the existing financing stack. A separate, unrelated Croatian 'Lendica' entity went out of business in 2022 — the US-based Lendica Corp. (now Daylit) continues to operate.
