The story
Originally two separate entities — Kerridge Commercial Systems (founded 1976, ERP for distributors/merchants) and Klipboard (founded 2015, mobile field service) — the group unified under the Klipboard brand at Konnect 2025. In February 2026 Klipboard launched Klipboard Money, moving from pure vertical SaaS into embedded finance by integrating payment acceptance directly into its ERP suite. Adyen was named publicly as the embedded-finance partner powering the shift.
