The story

Founded in 2017 alongside Saudi Vision 2030 as a homegrown Arabic-first HRMS, Jisr focused on Saudi payroll and compliance (GOSI, Muqeem, WPS, Mudad). By 2022 it covered the full employee lifecycle, and after a $30M Series A in 2023 from Merak Capital, expanded into a broader HR + Finance platform — launching a Talent suite in 2024 and a Spend suite in 2025 (expenses, business travel, invoice control, with a corporate card 'coming soon'). Jisr is now positioning itself as the unified HR-and-Finance operating system for KSA/MENA mid-market.
