The story

Founded in 2014 in Dakar as a pan-African payment aggregator, InTouch started by connecting mobile money, card, and cash payment rails into a single API for African merchants and enterprises. Over a decade, the company expanded from Senegal across 27 countries, accumulating regulatory licenses (EMI, PSP, PayFac) and strategic investors including TotalEnergies, Worldline, CFAO, and Mobility54. The company has evolved from a pure payment-collection aggregator into a full digital-services distribution platform, offering digital credit, BNPL, mass payouts, invoicing, loyalty, and service distribution — positioning itself as the 'SS2I of payment' for African businesses.
