The story

Founded in 1995 as a card and payment software vendor, HPS built its PowerCARD suite into a comprehensive platform covering issuing, acquiring, switching, ATM, mobile, and fraud for financial institutions across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond. The company went public in Casablanca in 2006 and progressively expanded geographically into Europe, Asia, and the Americas. In 2024, HPS acquired CR2 to expand its digital banking software footprint, and is now executing its 'AccelR8' strategic plan targeting SaaS migration, AI capabilities, and geographic diversification in the Americas and Asia through 2027.
