The story

Fintecture was founded in 2018 in Paris and launched its first open banking bank-transfer product in 2020. It operates as a French-licensed payment institution (ACPR n°17248) offering AIS + PIS under PSD2. Rather than a generic Plaid-style aggregator, Fintecture has positioned itself as a B2B pay-in / pay-out platform on top of instant SEPA transfers — Immediate Transfer, Smart Transfer (virtual IBAN reconciliation) and Verified Disbursement — targeting verticals like automotive, e-commerce and distance selling. The 2022 Series A (Eurazeo, RTP Global, Allianz Trade) explicitly funded expansion to become the preferred European B2B payments platform.
