The story
FieldServio is a Charlotte-based vertical ERP/field service management platform for industrial distributors (air compressors, generators, forklifts, boilers, fire suppression). It started in 2011 as a bespoke build for one distributor and grew via referrals across North America. Its embedded finance footprint is intentionally narrow: integrated card acceptance via Payroc (branded 'RewardPay' with a surcharging model) and Avalara for sales/use tax. There is no evidence of BaaS, lending, payroll, or issuing.
