Billy is a Danish SMB accounting/invoicing SaaS with over 30,000 self-employed and SMB users, operated by Billy ApS in Copenhagen. It became a licensed AISP in Denmark, enabling native bank-account aggregation into its bookkeeping product. Billy is now part of Ageras' Shine group (which also owns Zervant and Tellow), and as of October 2025 new subscribers contract with Shine Denmark ApS — the Billy brand is being folded into 'Shine Regnskab'.
