The story

Founded in 1994 as Intermedium CFI, a traditional Brazilian bank. Pivoted in 2015 to become the country's first 100% digital, free-of-charge bank, riding the Brazilian neobank wave. Listed on B3 in 2018 and re-listed as Inter&Co on Nasdaq in 2022 via a corporate reorganization. Today operates a 'super app' spanning banking, credit, insurance, investments, FX/remittances, and a US arm (Inter&Co Payments) serving the Brazilian diaspora with cross-border money movement.
