The story

Aviatize started as a Belgian flight-school operations platform and has scaled into a global vertical SaaS for flight schools, ATOs, flying clubs, maintenance facilities, and aerodromes. Embedded finance is narrow but deliberate: itemized Hobbs-to-invoice billing, Stripe-based card acceptance, deferred revenue and contract-management for ab-initio packages, and tight real-time accounting sync (QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Exact Online with PEPPOL e-invoicing). The strategic positioning is 'open platform / no vendor lock-in' — they deliberately do NOT operate banking or lending in-house, instead leaning on PSP rails and accounting connectors.
