Founded 2016 in Paris as a fully licensed digital health insurer under ACPR — a rare new insurance license in France. Alan expanded across Europe (Belgium, Spain), then North America (Canada) and Africa (Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire), and evolved from pure insurance into an integrated 'health partner' bundling insurance, telemedicine (Alan Clinic), preventive health (Alan Play), and AI assistance (Mo).
