The story
YAVICA was spun out of CGI in 2017 when founder Mads Pihl Sørensen led a management buyout of the FlexProperty real estate ERP product. The company has since positioned itself as the leading real estate vertical solution on top of Microsoft Dynamics 365, expanding globally from Denmark to offices in London, New York, Hyderabad, Bucharest, and Oslo. Focus remains on ERP/property management for large real estate portfolio owners — not embedded finance.
