The story

Xubio launched in 2015 as a cloud accounting/ERP platform for Argentine SMEs and accounting firms, scaling to 60,000+ companies and 240M+ documents. In 2023 it was acquired by Norwegian group Visma Enterprise, becoming the LatAm anchor of Visma's regional accounting-software stack and expanding into Colombia under Visma Enterprise S.A.S. Product trajectory has moved from pure invoicing/accounting toward adjacent fintech workflows: Open Finance bank reconciliation (direct bank connections + Interbanking), AI-driven document capture (Comprobantes IA), payroll (Sueldos) and marketplace integrations (Mercado Libre, Mercado Pago, Tiendanube, WooCommerce).
