The story
Wiipo was founded in 2020 as the fintech subsidiary of Senior Sistemas, a 33-year-old Brazilian HCM/ERP vendor with 9,000+ clients. The strategy is embedded finance for HR: bundle a benefits card (Wiipo Flex), digital payslip (Holerite Digital), and payroll-deducted credit (Consignado / Crédito do Trabalhador) into Senior's HCM ecosystem. In 2025 Wiipo repositioned around Brazil's new PAT decree and the government's CTPS-digital Crédito do Trabalhador program.
