The story

Venteur was founded in 2020 to bring ICHRA (Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement) to small businesses as a cheaper, personalized alternative to group health plans. It built AI-driven plan selection tooling for employees and reimbursement workflows for employers, and was highlighted by JPMorgan's Morgan Health unit in 2025. In April 2026, Venteur wound down and joined Thatch, another ICHRA-focused platform.
