The story

Founded 2017 as Value Consumer Finance, ValU pioneered Buy-Now-Pay-Later in the MENA region with its U product. It has since expanded into a multi-product universal fintech offering BNPL, prepaid and co-branded cards (Cards), instant cash redemption (Sha2labaz), luxury financing (Ulter), auto financing (Shift), gift cards (Flip), investments (AZValu money market + EFG Hermes ONE brokerage), and SME services (Valu Business). The company is now expanding geographically (Jordan, 2025) and pivoting into B2B SME lending (FRA approval, 2026).
