“Can a data-driven embedded lending platform become the default working capital provider for SME sellers across global marketplaces and vertical sectors?”
Founded in 2013 as a supply chain finance platform for SMEs underserved by traditional banks, TradeBridge initially focused on corporate clients in energy efficiency, construction, and manufacturing. By 2019–2020 it pivoted toward eCommerce marketplace finance, embedding its revolving credit and term loan products directly into marketplace ecosystems such as Farfetch and Amazon. The company became an embedded lending infrastructure provider for B2B marketplaces and direct-to-merchant channels, deploying Airwallex for multi-currency payments and FX rails to operationalise international disbursements and collections.
