The story

Town Pride launched as a home-based custom apparel and community goods brand in Yarmouth, Maine, built around hyper-local identity and give-back culture. Within approximately four years, founder Tamara Moran scaled the business to showroom presence across all three major US gift and apparel trade markets, a flagship retail store, 16 employees, and a nascent franchise operation. Rather than bringing in equity investors, the company used revenue-based financing via Fundwell to fund growth, maintaining 100% founder ownership.
