The story
TNEX was founded in 2019 and launched publicly in 2020 as the digital speedboat of Maritime Bank (MSB), targeting Gen Z and micro-merchants in Vietnam's mobile-first economy. Built on Mambu's cloud-native core, it operates branchless and integrates non-credit services from MSB with its own credit products (cash loans, BNPL). Founding CEO Bryan Carroll transitioned to the board in 2023.
