“Can a DGFiP-certified EDI partner become the embedded tax-filing rail for every French accounting software, now with Visma distribution behind it?”
Teledec is a French vertical-SaaS tax-filing service founded in 2010, specializing in the télétransmission of liasses fiscales (corporate tax returns 2031, 2035, 2065, 2072 SCI, LMNP, TVA, DAS2, etc.) directly to the French DGFiP as a certified EDI partner. It also operates téléDSN.fr for social declarations (URSSAF, retirement, mutuelles). Acquired by Nordic accounting-software giant Visma in March 2024, Teledec is now expanding into e-invoicing (facturation électronique) ahead of the French mandate, and offers white-label / balance APIs so accounting-software editors (Memsoft Oxygène, W-Diamant, Adicom) can embed DGFiP télétransmission inside their own products.
Teledec is founded in 2010 and headquartered in Paris, France.
