The story

Founded in 2021, Sprinque targeted B2B e-commerce merchants and marketplaces with a Pay by Invoice / B2B BNPL checkout product that issued revolving credit lines to buyers and paid merchants instantly. The company raised €20M in debt financing in 2023 to scale its pan-European financing network via an SPV structure. It partnered with Mangopay in early 2025 to strengthen marketplace payment infrastructure. Despite these moves, Sprinque ceased operations in May 2025, ending its four-year run as a B2B embedded credit platform.
