Founded in 2017 as HadePay, a general digital payments platform, the company pivoted to become Sky Systemz — a vertical SaaS platform purpose-built for construction and heavy building materials operators. It evolved from a standalone payment processor into a full modular operating system (SkyOS) that embeds payments, banking (via SkyFi powered by Grasshopper Bank), invoicing, ACH, and business analytics. The embedded finance stack is central to the value proposition: Fractal handles the payment infrastructure and Sky wraps it in industry-specific workflows for ready-mix, quarry, precast, and asphalt operations.
