The story

Founded in 2005, Shoper grew into Poland's leading SaaS e-commerce platform and IPO'd on the WSE in 2021. Since 2022 the company has consistently layered embedded finance on top of its merchant base — payments (Autopay, Przelewy24, Stripe), SMB lending (Uncapped, PragmaGO), FX (Ebury), and accounting connectors (ING Księgowość, native Shoper Faktury). Now operating as 'Shoper by cyber_Folks' following a merger, the platform is positioning as the financial OS for Polish e-merchants going cross-border.
