“Can Brazil's dominant toll-tag network become the financial OS for vehicle mobility, spanning credit, benefits, insurance, and fuel payments?”
Sem Parar began in 2000 as Brazil's pioneer in automatic toll collection tags and evolved into a broader mobility payments platform under FleetCor/Corpay ownership. Since 2022, the company has systematically built out a regulated Brazilian fintech stack — first obtaining an SCD (direct credit society) license, then a full Payment Institution license in 2025 with R$2B capital. It now spans fuel cards, VR/VA benefits, vale-transporte, insurance, and vehicle financial services, positioning as a full mobility financial-services operator.
